Description

Improvement of the NHD in this project is intended to facilitate the creation of events, representing permitted Municipal Storm-water discharge point locations (outfalls), using an agreed upon set of standardized attributes, which could be used to represent the network connections of municipality-maintained storm-water conveyances with the NHD
