Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to perform quality assurance/quality control testing of bat identification software submitted to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service by private, university and government vendors. Testing will determine if software submitted to the Service is of sufficient resolution and accuracy to be used for determining presence and absence of bat species relative to regulatory needs under the Endangered Species Act.
