NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this agreement is to hold a program involving cooperative efforts in cultural and natural resource conservation for training underserved youth from the New Orleans area, in the principles and practices of garden rehabilitation. Additional fieldwork will be performed in the areas of trail repair, cemetery maintenance, invasive plant management, and park stewardship.
