This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P15AC01898 under Cooperative Agreement P14AC00921 with Colorado State University, a partner under the Colorado Plateau Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Restoration of Carbon Storing Ecosystem in Tuolumne Meadows."
