THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to complete a survey of this species from throughout the species��� ranges in order to determine the location of each population, the overall size and health of each population and information concerning any noticeable threats to the species. This information is critical to making important decisions about the status of these species.
