The purpose of this FOA is to provide critical HR services and support to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals, consultants, and organizations and increase the competencies of MOHSS staff in HR policies, procedures, management and practices to meet PEPFAR objectives and achieve HIV epidemic control in Namibia.
