Description

The purpose of this FOA is to build the capacity of FMOH, RHBs, scale-up and maintenance sub-national units and health facilities to effectively plan, implement, and monitor HIV QI/QM activities to improve the quality of health care service delivery at public health facilities. Specifically, this FOA will support HIV QI/QM programs in 284 scale-up and 312 maintenance health facilities, and training and deployment of 370 MHA graduates.
