Description
This FOA aims to increase access to and scale-up of comprehensive, evidence-based HIV prevention, care, and treatment interventions among KP and PP in order to prevent new HIV infections, reduce HIV-related morbidity and mortality, reduce risk behavior and protect the rights and dignity of KP and PP. In addition, through health system strengthening (HSS) activities, this FOA will lead to more a more robust and responsive health system at the county level, which will subsequently also contribute towards sustainable epidemic control in alignment with PEPFAR 3.0 and KASF.This amendment is for informational purposes only. CDC is not accepting new applications for award. The purpose of this amendment is to include language regarding HIV epidemic control under d. Other National Public Health Priorities and Strategies.
