The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces a Request for Statements of Interest (SOIs) from organizations interested in submitting proposals for projects that support the bureau’s policy priority of increased transparency and accountability, promote respect and tolerance for religious and ethnic diversity, and amending laws that limit freedoms of speech, association and movement.
