Description

This FOA will provide TA to the local clinical partners and 12 RHMTs to implement comprehensive facility-based HIV testing, care, treatment, and support along the clinical cascade in 21 scale-up and 69 sustained districts within the regions of Dar es Salaam, Geita, Kagera, Kigoma, Mara, Mwanza, Pwani, Shinyanga, Simiyu, Tanga, Unguja, and Pemba.
