Description
The purpose of this FOA is to implement a package of HIV services that will support Zambia’s HIV/AIDS response; strengthen health and laboratory systems; and promote sustainability through full transition to the GRZ by end of the project period. Transition will be demonstrated by 20% annual reduction in service delivery targets starting in the second program year. Activities will be implemented in prioritized geographic locations based on epidemiologic data with some districts being intervened in the first year and more added consecutively based on continued HIV burden analysis.
