The purpose of this FOA is to build upon existing PEPFAR-supported activities in Haiti to ensure adequate access to HIV/AIDS screening, care and treatment and sexual prevention services to key populations, including CSW and their clients, TG, and MSM.This amendment is for informational purposes only. CDC is not accepting new applications for award. The purpose of this amendment is to include language regarding HIV epidemic control under d. Other National Public Health Priorities and Strategies.
