Description

The purpose of this FOA is to continue to support access to comprehensive clinical-based HIV prevention, care, and treatment services within a network of faith-based health institutions in Haiti. The main objectives are to provide quality HTC services and PMTCT services, as well as quality pediatric and adult HIV care and treatment services within the network of faith-based institutions in Haiti.This amendment is for informational purposes only. CDC is not accepting new applications for award. The purpose of this amendment is to include language regarding HIV epidemic control under d. Other National Public Health Priorities and Strategies.
