Through this Addendum to the FY 2014 - FY 2015 Global Development Alliance (GDA) Annual Program Statement (APS) No. APS-OAA-14-000001 (the GDA APS), USAID/Senegal is making a special call for the submission of Concept Papers for activities related to the Mission's Resilience in the Sahel Enhanced (RISE) strategy: to increase resilience of chronically vulnerable populations in agro-pastoral and marginal agriculture livelihood zones of the Sahel
