Description

DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals to develop technologies for detecting andrecovering from cyber-attacks on US critical infrastructure. DARPA is interested specifically in early attack detection, network isolation and threat characterization in response to a widespread and persistent cyber-attack on the power grid and its dependent systems. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice.
