The purpose of this FOA is to build upon and expand previous and current work of CDC and its cooperative agreement partners to support the diagnostic capacity in PEPFAR-supported countries to address HIV and HIV-related infections/diseases.This amendment is for informational purposes only. CDC is not accepting new applications for award. The purpose of this amendment is to include language regarding HIV epidemic control under d. Other National Public Health Priorities and Strategies.
