Description
The purpose of this FOA is to support and provide TA to RSA and PEPFAR to strengthen RSA’s HIS and capacity to accurately, efficiently, and effectively manage and monitor the HIV/AIDS programs progress toward epidemic control at the national, sub-national, and facility-levels. Support will be provided to RSA and PEPFAR to achieve measured and sustained improvements in data quality and utility related to patient and program management. Specific emphasis will be placed on enhancing and improving routine HIS that will provide valid strategic information to inform program quality and impact.
