THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award an agreement to Island Conservation, Inc. This financial assistance opportunity is being used under an existing agreement between U.S. Fish and Wildllife and Island Conservation. The service will have substanial involvement through the provision of technical expertise, facilities and personnel for the project.
