Description

Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to delete Attachment 1 of the BAA, “Proposer Checklist,” in its entirety and replace with the version provided as Enclosure 1 attached hereto. Enclosure 2 highlights in yellow the changes made and is provided for information purposes only. Amendment 01: The purpose of this Amendment is to 1) Revise the proposal due date; 2) Revise the FAQ due date; 3) Establish a funding cap for TA2 proposals; and 4) To make a minor revision to metrics. All changes are highlighted in yellow in the attached conformed DARPA-BAA-16-19. Original synopsis below. The DARPA Microsystems Technology Office is soliciting research proposals for the development of high stability timekeeping instruments with suitably low size, weight, and power (SWaP) to enable widespread deployment in battery-powered portable applications.
