Subject: DRAFT Program Description Program Title: Health Finance and Governance Activity Program Description Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is posting the draft Program Description to give a heads-up to all prospective Applicants of its intent to issue a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) in a few days. This notice is not a NOFO and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government or USAID to issue any solicitation or Notice of Funding Opportunity, or ultimately award an assistance agreement on the basis of this draft.
