Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) will continue support to the Harari Regional Health Bureau (RHB) for implementation of comprehensive HIV/AIDS programs, transition to local ownership of the HIV/AIDS program. The RHB will focus on strengthening activities. The RHB will focus President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) support in line with the priorities outlined in PEPFAR 3.0, in consultation with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This FOA may also support other public health system strengthening for programs under the responsibility of the RHB.
