Description
The goal of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Caribbean Regional Office (CRO) is to reduce HIV transmission in the Caribbean region and increase the proportion of people living with HIV who are virally suppressed. This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) seeks to strengthen the capacity of the Government of The Bahamas to address gaps along the Continuum of HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment (CoPCT). Specifically, this FOA will provide support for prevention efforts to strengthening linkage to care, retention in care and increasing anti-retroviral coverage amongst eligible people living with HIV (PLHIV). Support will be provided for quality care with high quality laboratory systems and services, further strengthen strategic information capacity and ensure the use of available data in monitoring progress with reaching the UNAIDS 90:90:90 targets.
