Description

OGAC is seeking the support of an organization to serve as Funds Manager, capable of disbursing, managing, and monitoring OGAC funds for the “DREAMS Innovation Challenge.” The organization will also provide overall program support to the execution of the DREAMS Innovation Challenge including capacity-building of sub-grantees and overall program management as needed.
