Description

Support to the Oromia Regional Health Bureau (RHB) for implementation of comprehensive HIV/AIDS programs, as well as addressing other public health priorities in collaboration with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in Oromia Region of Ethiopia. With this FOA the transition to local ownership of the HIV/AIDS program is consolidated. The RHB will focus on strengthening activities related to planning, coordination with stake holders and U.S. Government partners, program implementation, financial management, quality improvement, training and deployment of health care workers (HCWs), data collection and reporting, supportive supervision, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation.
