To strengthen the capacity of the government of the Barbados to address gaps along the continuum of HIV prevention and care and treatment, and to provide support for prevention efforts to strengthen linkages to care, retention in care, and increasing anti-retroviral coverage among eligible people living with HIV (PLHIV).
