Description
The purpose of this project is to increase civil society engagement in environmental protection and promote public participation in environmental decision-making, resulting in increased environmental protection, enforcement of environmental laws in countries that are U.S. partners in the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR): Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
