Description

U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) cooperative agreement to provide financial assistance to state energy offices for the State Heating Oil and Propane (SHOPP) Program. SHOPP is a joint data collection effort between heating oil and propane consuming states and the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). These cooperative agreements are for five-year cycle time (2016-2021). Funding is provided on an annual basis. Total Project Period is 9/15/2016 to 9/14/2021.
