Description

The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that support the Assembly of the Representatives of the People’s ability to engage on key reforms and ensure respect for the rule of law and human rights. DRL seeks to strengthen the legislative capacity of Tunisia’s parliament by providing members of parliament (MPs) with relevant, non-partisan and credible resources on issues that have the potential to further democratic reforms, including in the areas of human rights and rule of law.

  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
