Description

The Family Drug Court program seeks to build the capacity of states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized tribal governments to either implement new or enhance pre-existing drug courts to provide services for individuals with substance use disorders or substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders who are involved with the family dependency court as a result of child abuse and neglect issues.
