The Office of Citizen Exchanges of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (Bureau) announces an open competition for the administration of the FY 2016 Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) Enhancement Program. U.S. public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to conduct either A. Workshop Component or B. Alumni Component or to conduct both of the component projects described herein. It is the Bureau's intent to award approximately two to three cooperative agreements for a total of up to $2,000,000 to fund a two-part, one-time enhancement program.
