Description

The objectives of this project are to: 1) integrate in vivo supersaturation-precipitation mechanisms into mechanism-based oral absorption models for poorly water-soluble drugs formulated into supersaturable systems, and 2) to establish a mechanism-based in vitro-in vivo correlation (IVIVC) for these drug products.
