The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit cooperative agreement applications for conventional weapons destruction programs in Vietnam for fiscal year 2016.
