The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite interested U.S.-based and foreign nongovernmental organizations to submit information on prospective approaches to implementing humanitarian mine action (HMA) activities in Burma. Specific information regarding RFI input and technical submission requirements are described below. Responses to this RFI must be submitted via email to MurguiaCE@state.gov no later than 5:00pm (EST) on May 6, 2016.
