Description

Notice of intent to award a cooperative agreement to the Allen County Soil and Water Conservation District in support of joint research pursuant to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative and its objectives under Focus area 3 to reduce nutrient runoff from agricultural lands to watersheds that contribute to the Great Lakes and thereby reduce conditions that lead to harmful algal blooms.
