The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity for organizations interested in implementing projects to strengthen the capacity of civilian criminal justice institutions and actors engaged in counterterrorism and countering violent extremism (CVE) efforts.
