The Global Equality Fund, managed by the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for programs to advance the human rights of persons who face discrimination or violence on the basis of their real or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity in the Pacific Islands.

  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
  • For-profit organizations other than small businesses
