Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this agreement is to partnership with the Greening Youth Foundation to extend one diverse, underserved, underrepresented youth intern for 52 weeks (24 hours per week), and to hire two diverse, underserved, underrepresented youth interns for 52 weeks (40 hours per week each). The interns will be responsible for presenting programs in the form of guided tours, staffing the visitor center desk, fee collection, sales from the park bookstore, and assisting with other various resource projects.
