Description

HUD publishes a General Section each Fiscal Year (FY) that contains requirements for all of HUD’s competitive grant programs. Applications to HUD programs must meet all applicable requirements of the General Section and the requirements in the Program NOFA to be considered for funding. This updates paragraph V.C.8. Eminent Domain to reflect the 2016 Appropriations authority, and updates paragraph VI.A.1. Obtaining an Electronic Application.
