Description

The purpose of this APS is to disseminate information to enable prospective applicants to decide whether to seek USAID/OFDA funding in support of an initiative called “Next Generation of Humanitarian Leaders” and, if so, to assist them in developing and submitting applications. USAID/OFDA assumes no liability for reimbursing potential applicants for any costs they incur in the preparation and submission of applications. For more information, refer to full APS attached.
