The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity for organizations interested in implementing countering violent extremism (CVE) programming. CT invites organizations to submit proposals for innovative and effective approaches to counter violent extremism in Kenya and Tanzania.

- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
