Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5, intends to make a sole source award of a cooperative agreement to Biodiversity Research Institute of Gorham, ME. This agreement is entered under the authority of Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 742a-754; Migratory Bird Treaty Act, 16 U.S.C. 703 â¿¿ 712; and Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. 2901 â¿¿ 2911. The Biodiversity research was selected based on its unique qualifications, track record, and ongoing activities and continuation of work with the Boston Harbor Island Common Eider Satellite Tracking Disease.
