Description
The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for programs to prevent radicalism and violent extremism by building trust and collaboration between community leaders, youth, and security providers in Lamu and other counties in Coastal Kenya (Mombasa, Kwale and/or Kilifi).
Who can apply
- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
