Description

his article is being modified via this task agreement to allow for the competition designers to own the rights to their ideas for the Modern Memorials Challenge Competition. It is in the interest of the NPS to allow the designer to pursue implementation of their design outside of the competition since this project is not implementing any of the submissions.
