Description
The goal of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to institutionalize sustainable national health, laboratory and strategic information systems by supporting the provision of technical assistance and strategic planning to the Rwanda Ministry of Health and other partnering institutions. To strengthen national systems for a comprehensive HIV response, the awardee will leverage current efforts and implement new activities that will have sustainable effects within the health system focusing on high priority geographical, programmatic and staffing areas. The proposed activities include strengthening quality national health systems supporting HIV services; improving laboratory capacity to support surveillance, diagnosis, treatment, and disease monitoring; and enhancing information systems and infrastructure capacity to improve data availability, quality, and use.
