Description

This follow-on FOA will sustain and enhance the delivery of comprehensive HIV/AIDS service packages in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This will be accomplished by employing proven strategies and service delivery models to achieve and sustain epidemic control in Nigeria. This program will support facility and community based provision of HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and support services in targeted geographic locations and populations. The program will ensure provision of quality services in collaboration with Government of Nigeria (GON), private sector and donors, and expand access to services in high burden and high prevalence communities. Successful applicants will develop and implement innovative strategies to provide effective and efficient service delivery models that will strengthen the local health systems. The awardee will be required to employ cost-effective strategies while leveraging resources from GON and other stakeholders. Amendment: This amendment is for informational purposes only.
