Description

The Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU Partner to work on Big Data Applications related to wildlife detection, recognition, and individual identification and its application to ecological and environmental studies. This opportunity will provide an avenue for assisting the USGS WARC with the development and demonstration of advanced computer vision solutions for various fundamental problems that arise when addressing research questions about autonomous wildlife classification and identification in natural ecological systems.
