Assessing Big Sagebrush Seedling Inoculation with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF)
ArchivedBureau of Land Management
Description
Assess and inform the needs for sagebrush seedling inoculation with AMF. Inoculation with AMF is often practiced in restoration projects, but without a clear evaluation of its benefits and limitations. The proposed project will help provide an important framework and protocol(s) to help assess the effectiveness of this management practice and increase the understanding of the types of mycorrhizae critical for sagebrush seedling success.
