Description

Lab mechanism to allow APHL (sole source) to provide needed technical guidance to labs internationally in partnership with programs in Division of Global Health Protection. Global Health Security and Lab programs within DGHP have a need to implement its appropriation authority of allowing alternations and Renovations, as needed, allowing technical assistance and lab improvements internationally.
