Description
BLM is interested in partnering with a recipient to provide outreach and on the ground natural resource enhancement projects about and along the Pacific Northwest National Scenic Trail (PNNST) in northern Washington. Projects will improve and enhance the public's understanding of the PNNST, as well as improving on the ground facilities and working towards the goal of rerouting the PNNST off of roads and onto trails. Projects such as but not limited to trail maintenance, monitoring, alternate trail design, PNNST outreach, environmental education, and brochure and map development will occur on public lands within the Spokane District as well as on lands managed by partner organizations, agencies and private landowners.
