The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is seeking applications for funding under the Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 with this solicitations whose purpose is to design, develop and support evidence based implementation of NIC’s Thinking for a Change cognitive behavioral program in 3 pilot institutions within the Alabama Department of Corrections.
